The Website is operated from Yangon, Myanmar. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

Section titled “2. Description of Service”The Website is a read-only informational site built with Astro.js. Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website is provided for informational and reference purposes only.
3. Contact Form
Section titled “3. Contact Form”The Website provides a contact form that allows you to send me messages. By submitting the contact form, you agree that:
- The information you provide (Name, Email Address, Subject, Message, optional Discord User ID, optional Image Attachment) will be transmitted to a Discord webhook.
- Your message will be retained for a period of 3 months, after which it will be automatically deleted.
- You will not submit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content through the contact form.
I reserve the right to not respond to any message submitted through the contact form.
4. Prohibited Uses
Section titled “4. Prohibited Uses”You agree not to use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website

- Impersonating any person or entity
