There are 2 types of storage:
Basic Storage
All files under 15mb counts towards basic storage:
DOES NOT have a storage limitDOES have a quantity of files limit. Examples:
25 of them are 20MB
75 of them are 15MB
This means only 75 of them count towards the basic storage quantity limit and the rest counts towards the premium storage limit.
Premium Storage
All files over 15mb counts towards Premium storage:
DOES have a storage limitDOES have a quantity of files limit. Examples:
the first 50 of them are 20MB
another 50 of them are 150mb
then the rest of them (50) are 15MB
This means 100 files will count towards the Premium Storage quantity limit and the rest 50 files will count towards the Basic storage.
